Sex Assault in NJ

A professor falls in love with a disabled man who has cerebral palsy. He can’t speak. And yet she felt he could give consent to enter into a sexual relationship with her? And could also express his love for her?

Read this story’s comments; lots of people arguing both ways, even in support of her. I don’t know if I could express the same thoughts.

She wants an acquittal or a new trial. Sounds like garbage to me.

Do you trust Microsoft with your keys?

As seen on Slashdot and originally reported by The Intercept, new Windows 10 devices come with full disk encryption and it’s turned on by default. Sounds great until you consider that they automatically upload your private keys to the MS cloud and you can only remove them after this has happened. What’s worse, people are only just finding out about this now as it previously was not fully disclosed along with the Windows 10 release. You can mitigate this risk by not associating your Windows 10 install with your online MS account but again, only if you’re aware. There’s no opt-out, no advisory that this is happening. What’s up with that Microsoft? Buyer beware!
