Did you know you can save conference bridge phone numbers (complete with access code) to your phone’s address book? This should work with most any of today’s smart phones.
Simply save the contact number as such:
123-456-7890,, (plus any other required digits)
The commas add a delay in the dialing so if the phone system in question has a voice prompt menu before it’s ready to accept the code, and then requests, for example, said code plus pound (#) to enter the system, you can save it as:
Each comma adds a 1-second pause in the dialing of the complete number.
Save that, and then you’ll never have to worry about gathering the info again in the future.
Now, if the codes are ephemeral, then you’re boned.
